Welcome to Pre-Optometry Bootcamp! This course was created in order to give you a more comprehensive understanding of the profession of optometry.

This is a self-study course which takes 3-4 hours to complete. It is based on my 9 year career as an optometrist and from data collected by schools and colleges of optometry in the US.

This course was created specifically for:

• High school seniors and undergraduates who have an interest in healthcare or STEM.
• Students who have already mentally committed to pursuing optometry school after undergrad.
• Students who are considering other health professions such as physical therapy, medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, and podiatry.
• Those students described above who possess a cumulative gpa of 3.5 or higher.

After completing this course, you will know what it takes to become an optometrist. You will know if this profession is in sync with your interests, academic performance history, natural abilities, and future personal goals.
